Showing "how" to do something through interactive media
can be a challenge. As part of the Interaction Design Studio
class, I created this interactive exploration into how workers
in the one of the many projects under the Big Dig umbrella
in Boston constructed an underwater tunnel through a channel
in the harbor.
Part of the essence of this project was to allow the user
to feel as though they were a part of the proces. Another, more
practical function of this class and the corresponding lab, was
to teach the fundamentals of digital prototyping by way of
Macromedia's Director. |
