When you are rooted and aligned in a deep, rich sense of self-worth, you are filled from within with dignity, strength, and a knowing that who and what you are at your core is worthy just as you are, regardless of your outer circumstances and others’ opinions of you and your life. This is what it means to be Plumb.
So how do you get ‘off plumb’? You come to distrust what is within you. You come to lose respect for who you truly are. You come to lose confidence in what you know, desire, and long to speak and express. You believe that you are under the power of another human being.
“This is the first, the wildest and the wisest thing I know: that the soul exists and is built entirely out of attentiveness.” ― Mary Oliver
One of the most beautiful things…
is to feel what you feel when you can be with yourself, settling back into yourself without the inner-war so many of us know within ourselves being waged. When there is inner peace, a lovely innate sense of Self-worth can flourish that is quietly joyful to experience.
There are many things we can feel about ourselves running the spectrum from love to hate, respect to denigration, trust to distrust, and confidence to timidity and tentativeness. It is not wrong to feel any of these things – it is what we do as human beings. We each have voices that try to get us to believe things about ourselves – that we are good, that we are bad; that we are worthy, that we aren’t. Yet, our Essential Self is love and when we are seated in our Essential Nature, there is a natural dignity, joy, compassion for all of who we are, a nature that doesn’t fight any of this but rather brings it close in love.
You see, your Essence doesn’t push anything away. It holds it all in love. And when we can experience this, the warring voices begin to soften and realize an acceptance of your humanity that allows for a growing sense of personal respect, love, trust, and confidence.
When you bring your attention to the Self-love, Self-respect, Self-trust, and Self-confidence you do feel and do experience, they can grow. What we bring our attention to can flourish. And when these grow and flourish, we begin to feel the deeper, innate feelings of our essential Self-worth.
Over these 5 weeks, we will do just this. We will turn be attentive to these things and qualities that can help guide us to live in our essential dignity and joy. This is an experiential, embodied journey of coming to know more clearly the integral qualities of your Essence as you express through your female, human body.
/pləm/ vertical (a plumb drop)
PLUMB stresses an exact verticality determined (as with a plumb line) by earth's gravity
: a lead weight attached to a line and used to indicate a vertical direction : out of plumb or off plumb: out of vertical or true
plumb the depths of
: to examine in a careful and complete way in order to understand it
: to experience a lot of (something) someone
To be plumb…
To be plumb is to be vertical, aligned with who you truly are, ground to sky, independent, sovereign; alive from foot to crown; in action and expressed through a rich sense of worth and dignity, trusting in who you are, confident in your inherent capacities to meet whatever comes your way.
To be plumb is to learn to trust, respect, love, and dignify yourself and this world in which we live.
To be plumb is to be willing to enter into the fullness and wholeness of your humanity.
We move in and out of plumb, but the clearer we are in it the more quickly we can return.
Join me for Plumb.

Knowing you are worthy, knowing your desires will be honored and received, knowing you are allowed to become who you are meant to be all come from realizing and inhabiting your innate worth and dignity.
Dream for a moment…
Consider how your life might be when you realize and inhabit a rich full feeling of self-worth.
Where will you venture once you realize in your bones that you are truly worthy of arriving?
What desire will you activate when you know your desire will be honored and received?
How will it feel to give voice to the words clamoring inside once you honor and trust the truth that resides within you?
Who will you be when you allow yourself to become who you know you are destined to become?
We will dive deep into these four elements that make up Self-worth:
As we move through our five weeks together, you’ll practice and grow each aspect in your everyday life, learning through your everyday life what you already hold within you.

How to know if PLUMB is right for you:
Ask yourself the questions that follow. If any resonate with you, then trust your innate knowing and sense of resonance.
Do you have things you want to do and express but find yourself holding back?
Do you yearn to feel deeply rooted, connected, expansive, strong, confident, dignified and alive more often in your life?
Do you have a strong impulse to offer a more loving presence in this world?
Do you long to be held in a community as you develop your capacity to know yourself?
Do you feel a powerful presence within that you don’t understand or know what to do with?
If you are still not sure, take a moment to feel for resonance in your body. Is there a longing, a desire, something you can't quite name nudging you in this direction? Trust that nudge.

A Bit About Me:
I am a coach, consultant, guide, and educator. One of my passions, joys, and keen abilities is to hold a space for the emergent to be known and trusted. The mystery of your inner world is where you can do the beautiful work of coming home to yourself.
My degree from Stanford University is in Interaction Design - designing experiences in which people interact with technology and each other.
I have lived life very non-traditionally, and while I didn’t know it when I was younger, this has served me well for my life’s work. I see things differently, and I see things before their time. And I know what it's like to know you have something unique to offer the world that comes out of your direct life experience. This is what I wish for you. To be able to hear more clearly and trust in your inner voice and knowing, while feeling the dignity and resplendence of the sacred as it moves within you.
I have held safe, loving space in my work with family members directly affected by 9/11 and community members directly affected by the Sandy Hook tragedy. I have found that we humans have the capacity for great resilience and creativity once we know and trust that our true power lies within.
